How to know if this is home for you:

•  You've got spark, sass and spirit.  You're lively, you like to think out of the box and when you want something, you go after it with gusto.  Plus you can be a bit of a goofball -you're not above being silly or stirring things up.  You're the one who has a hard time at those business meetings where everyone feels stiff and self-conscious about the need to "look professional".  If you've ever wanted to yell, "Who are you all, really?!"  at a business or networking meeting, then you'll love connecting with the women who hang out at Inner Business Diva and Business Divas Rock!

•  You're madly in love with your business.  In fact, your business really turns you on.  You can get wrapped up in your work for hours on end and still want more.  And you wonder... should this be alarming?  Is this a little demented - to get so turned on by work?  (Hint: the answer is no, especially when you hang out with others are of this same tribe).  

•  You love your work and at the same time you never want to forget the reason you started your business in the first place - so you could have the freedom to create the rich personal life of which you've always dreamed.  That life includes room for physical health, exercise, new adventures, the ability to be truly present with loved ones and time to just be.  It doesn't include spending so much energy on work that you're drained when it comes to everything else.  It's a goal of yours to have both your business and a life and you're always working toward that.

•  You're self-help savvy when it comes to personal growth-y things - you've read books, done deep breathing, attended workshops.  You've been around the block with "balance", but honestly, it doesn't always stick in your practical day-to-day life.  There's the nice concept of doing your meditation dvd every morning and then there's what happens for real.  You want approaches that involve personal growth and awareness, yet fit your style for follow-through rather than leaving you feeling like you failed.

•  And last but not least, you love sisterhood, friendship and social connection.  You love that you can count "hanging out with like-spirited entrepreneurial women" as an activity that grows your business (and even write off the expense!).  Especially since running a business can be lonely and isolating.  The idea of belonging and contributing to a community of other vibrant women who truly see you and inspire you is of great value in your world.
